By accessing and using Ranklit ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Ranklit provides local SEO tracking, analytics, and optimization recommendations for local businesses.

3. Use of Google APIs

Our application integrates with and uses official Google APIs, including but not limited to the Google Business Profile API, to fetch and manage your business listings and analytics. By using Ranklit, you authorize us to access this data on your behalf in accordance with Google's API Terms of Service. We only request the minimum permissions necessary to provide our service.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Billing and Payments

We use Polar.sh as our Merchant of Record for billing and payments. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms and conditions regarding payment processing.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via email or through the application.
